一開始是用中文寒暄，面的叫Joe，口語是typical的chinglish。
問了十一個問題。基本上網上都有的。都提早寫好了稿子。

6.As a junior member, how could you contribute to the bank?
7.What are the three strengths that will help you succeed in the business?
8.How would you learn things in a new placement?
9.If you join a team, you will be with different people, what are your tacti
cs?(大概是這樣，當時晃了一下，結果就開始神吹了……）
10.What kind of career do you like to have?
11.How do you get support when you want to make changes happen?
最后再補一個額外的，是否對IGP和CEL這兩個program都open minded。
（為什么要問我這個問題呀……我這么international的經驗還問我去不去CEL……囧…
…）
