我申請的是渣打銀行的cel
他的網申和ig是同一個，只有在網申全部通過后才會跟你確認申ig還是cel
首先，說一下網申。我個人認為渣打的網申我做的還是比較認真的，尤其是他的oq
他家的網申非常人性化，不會讓你做無用功。即，只有成功過了一關才能進入下一個環節
。一共分三部分。第一是兩組性格測試，并且題量還比較大。他會對一些性格進行反復的
詢問，這樣可以防止你說謊。如果你的答案前后不一，那他們肯定認為你是在故意說謊了
。第二是shl題，他的numberical題是比較難的，我個人認為比kp、hsbc的難，我覺得做得
不是很好，但還是勉強的過了。成功過了第二關后就是open question，三個oq。有一個是
問你你對自己申請崗位的理解，還有個人最成功的經理，另一個oq題目我記不得了。如果
oq也順利通過的話，那么在第二天就會收到tracy的信告知你順利通過網申并且要你等待電
面。
我在網申以后大概半月才接到了他的電面預約電話。
今天下午進行了電面，面試官叫ling～他們的hr
有些像問卷調查，13－15個題目，他問你答。他可以給你重復問題，但是不能回答你的任
何疑問。時間控制在30－40分鐘。我建議大家在回答完一個問題后，自己說that's all o
r thank you. 以免他沒意識到你已經答完了而浪費時間。
基本每個問題的答案控制在2分鐘左右，太長的話他會打斷你同時也在浪費自己的時間。
