中國農業銀行校園招聘筆試英語及性格測試考試內容分析

　　中國農業銀行校園招聘考試英語部分每年約考80題；考試時間為55分鐘。考試內容類似于托業，TOEIC托業考試的試題是從世界上所有在工作環境中使用英語的國家收集，從口語和寫作語言的樣本中開發出來的，托業考試內容涵蓋了廣泛的日常商務活動。

　　農業銀行校園招聘考試英語部分常考題型有完成句子、短文填空、閱讀理解。

　　1）完成句子（單項選擇題）涉及到一些語法，句子結構，詞語辨義，時態，代詞用法。

　　2016年中國農業銀行校園招聘真題舉例：

　　The lady over there wishes to have a _______ with our Boss.

　　A. look B. try C. word d. Fit

　　答案：C【解析】固定搭配和某人講話，have a word with sb. 選C

　　2）短文填空；文章的類型報包括電子郵件、書信和新聞等。

　　性格測試及認知能力測試

　　在中國農業銀行校園招聘考試中，除了重點考察英語、EPI、綜合能力測試以外，在機考的開頭或會結尾還考察了性格測試：考察內容一般為Saville ConsultingWave；Saville ConsultingWave（個性和職場行為風格測評）是由世界著名的測評內容提供商Saville Consulting UK Ltd.研發的個性測評產品，可全方面評估個體在性格、才能、動機、勝任力特征和企業文化及環境適應五個方面的特征和傾向，從而預測個體的職場行為風格。

　　需要注意的是：性格測試部分一般不算分，但是會提交每個人的性格測試報告給招聘單位，供招聘單位參考。
