主要工作職責:
為銀行或信用卡現有客戶提供電話即時查詢及處理帳戶服務。
職位要求:
純正粵語，同時擁有良好的英語讀寫能力；
中專以上學歷；
具備良好的人際交往和溝通能力；
能適應24小時輪班制；
能承受一定的工作壓力。
有相關經驗將優先考慮
