澳新銀行成都運營中心簡介
 
ANZ Chengdu hub is a key location to support ANZ’s supper regional strategy and its growth in Asia Pacific region. In Chengdu hub, we provide different types of business support across variety of customers and products.
成都運營中心是澳新銀行卓越優秀的區域戰略的重要布局，將為其在亞太地區的發展提供有力的支持，并與澳新銀行在澳大利亞、新西蘭、印度、菲律賓和斐濟的技術營運中心相輔相成，更好地為澳新在全球的客戶提供各種銀行后臺的運營服務。

MIS Analyst (2013 Fresh Graduate)
管理信息系統分析師 (2013應屆畢業生)
Responsibility:
工作職責：
- Responsible for providing professional support to the respective line of business by ensuring the delivery of Reporting and MIS Processes within stipulated SLA and with a high level of quality.
該職位主要為澳新銀行在澳大利亞的零售和理財業務提供各類報表及流程分析等相關支持。
- Also importantly the incumbent will be responsible for actioning Help Desk items in queue and resolving support items within SLAs to the satisfaction of customers.
同時，需要依據SLA為內部客戶提供高質量的服務，滿足客戶的支持需求。
 
Requirement:
任職要求：
- 2013 undergraduate with Bachelor Degree
全日制2013年應屆本科生畢業
- Major in Information Management and Information Systems; E-Commerce; International Economics and Trade; Finance Intelligence, etc;
信息管理與信息系統、電子商務、國際經濟與貿易、金融智能等相關專業
-Good command of both speaking and writing English skills, Pass CET-6 preferred.
英語聽說讀寫優秀，通過國家6級英語考試優先
- Prefer technical skills in proficient Excel, Access, SAS, VBA, SQL, etc.
  熟練使用 Excel, Access, SAS, VBA 及SQL優先
- Strong written and oral communication skills, Initiative and Proactive "can-do" attitude to undertake responsibilities  
良好的溝通，積極主動
 - Will start internship from November 2012 till June 2013, will sign “Three Party Agreement” during internship period.
該職位計劃從2012年11月中下旬開始實習，至2013年6月結束。將簽訂《普通高等院校三方就業協議》。
